Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using engaging in tailoring services operated by Elysian Threads ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Appointments and Orders

All appointments for consultations and fittings must be scheduled in advance. A deposit is required to confirm an order for a bespoke or made-to-measure garment. The standard deposit is 50% of the total estimated cost. This deposit is non-refundable once fabric has been cut and work has commenced.

2. Fittings and Alterations

The price of bespoke and made-to-measure garments includes all necessary fittings and adjustments to achieve the agreed-upon fit. Clients are expected to attend scheduled fittings in a timely manner. Significant delays in attending fittings may impact the final delivery date. Any changes to the garment design requested by the client after the initial consultation may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

The remaining balance of the order is due upon completion of the garment, prior to or at the final fitting and collection. Garments will not be released to the client until full payment has been received. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on bespoke or made-to-measure orders once the process has begun. As stated, the initial deposit is non-refundable. We are committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to ensure the garment meets the client's expectations through the fitting process.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elysian Threads and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Elysian Threads.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elysian Threads, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
